Year 6 met David Barker today, who has just completed his trilogy of books called ‘The London Falling’ trilogy.

He shared lots of great tips for the writing process and the creative process in general. Especially using the question, ‘What if...” as a starting place.

The children asked lots of interesting questions and David great practical advice when facing challenges when writing. Such as how to choose the best ideas and what to do if you feel stuck. 

David’s visit has definitely fuelled our imagination and sparked a keenness to write some fab stories.
