On Tuesday 2nd May 2023 we held a party to celebrate one year of being a Little Wandle school. The children enjoyed completing phonics bingo, a Little Wandle treasure hunt and came in dressed up as a phoneme, digraph or trigraph. We even had some staff participation! Mrs Forrest was dressed as 'ea', Miss Wheeler 'air' - chair in the air, Miss Harris 'ur' - curl the fur and Mrs Goodson-Smith 'f' - flamingo!

It was great to see the children (and adults) so interested in their phonics learning and wanting to share all of their amazing phonics knowledge!
